One of my amazing new brides is holding her wedding reception at the NE Aquarium next June. In preparation for our design meeting today, I created a few wedding boards to help further inspire her vision. I thought I'd share them with the hopes they might inspire you too!

Sarah & Josh - 6/12/2010
Sarah & Josh were married at the Rotch-Jones Duff House & Garden Museum in New Bedford, MA. Their reception took place at Stone Bridge Farm in Acushnet, MA. From the beginning, the bride and groom had envisioned a simple, tented, backyard wedding. With hummingbirds in flight and butterfly bushes in full bloom, this was the perfect setting for their special day. The tent was complete with paper lanterns courtesy of Ryan Designs, linens from Divine Weddings, floral from Accentuations Floral and other decorative details from yours truly, Infinite Events. Thanks to Chris at Sound Xplosion for keeping the guests dancing all night long and Russ Morin's for providing their amazing customized buffet. Congrats again Sarah & Josh, it was a pleasure working with you throughout your planning process!

Katie & Steve - Roger Williams Casino
Katie & Steve were married back in March at Roger Williams Casino. They had a romantic, simple ceremony on the first floor of the casino followed by a fun-filled reception. Each guest was served their very own lobster thanks to B&M Clambakes and George from CE DJ's entertained the crowd. We were happy to help coordinate their special day and hope you enjoy some of their pictures taken by Jen Ing Photography.

Rhode Island's Hidden Gem: Squantum Association
Last week we were invited to take a grand tour of Squantum Association in East Providence. Boasting stunning ocean views, historic club house quarters and plenty of natural charm, it is truly Rhode Island ’s most well-kept secret. Built over 135 years ago on the cliffs of East Providence , this historic landmark provides all the modern amenities for a spectacular waterfront wedding. Accompanying panoramic views of the Providence River and Narragansett Bay , Squantum features a bakehouse, clubhouse, private island, manicured gardens, rocky cliffs, boat dock and multiple coastline patios. (Topping it off, white crushed shells even decorate the paths!) Squantum is uniquely situated to host all your wedding needs in just one location: rehearsal dinner, ceremony, photography, reception and more. This all-inclusive venue accommodates the couple looking for a picturesque location without the Newport pricetag.
