Rhode Island's Hidden Gem: Squantum Association

Last week we were invited to take a grand tour of Squantum Association in East Providence. Boasting stunning ocean views, historic club house quarters and plenty of natural charm, it is truly Rhode Island’s most well-kept secret. Built over 135 years ago on the cliffs of East Providence, this historic landmark provides all the modern amenities for a spectacular waterfront wedding. Accompanying panoramic views of the Providence River and Narragansett Bay, Squantum features a bakehouse, clubhouse, private island, manicured gardens, rocky cliffs, boat dock and multiple coastline patios. (Topping it off, white crushed shells even decorate the paths!) Squantum is uniquely situated to host all your wedding needs in just one location: rehearsal dinner, ceremony, photography, reception and more. This all-inclusive venue accommodates the couple looking for a picturesque location without the Newport pricetag.
